Who We Are

Our Policy

*We are NOT a retail store. We are a custom design studio. All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds. When ordering, if you are not certain about any aspect of your order, please ASK.

*In-studio orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work will commence. Returned checks are subject to a $30 surcharge in addition to all assessed bank charges. When your order is completed, you will be notified. At such time, full payment of the outstanding balance is then due and must clear the bank before any order will be shipped or taken away.
Telephone orders must be paid in full at the time the order is received. WE
ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.

*Allow 4 to 6 weeks for orders outside of the holiday season. We ask that you plan accordingly. It is not fair to any of our customers to rush any order. We simply won’t do it because each of our clients deserves the very best! Our motto: “Good things take time to make.”

*We do not assume responsibility for individual lifestyles or mishaps. Therefore, resizing, repairs, or replacement of gemstones in any of our jewelry work, is subject to all customary charges including labor and materials. Ask for a price quote on these services.
